This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take charge of the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for ValGenesis' CMC / CPV / QbD / PAT analytics product portfolio.
• Propel product growth by pinpointing high-value market challenges, articulating the “why now,” and suggesting prioritized investments.
• Define the platform strategy by outlining how advanced analytics capabilities should progress across suites and workflows.
• Conduct structured discovery through customer interactions, Customer Advisory Boards, regulatory insights, and competitive analysis.
• Transform market demands into product opportunities with distinct user results, feasibility considerations, and business cases.
• Confirm direction through prototypes, proof of concepts, and customer feedback.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of Product Managers and Product Owners in the CMC and CPV domains.
• Collaborate with Product Growth, Platform, Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Sales to ensure coherence and commercial impact of the portfolio.
• Represent ValGenesis at industry events such as ISPE, PDA, AAPS, DIA, and with strategic accounts as the senior product voice for CMC and CPV.
• Over 10 years of practical experience in Advanced Analytics / Data Science within Manufacturing.
• Experience in real-world modeling in life sciences manufacturing, bioprocessing, or industrial process environments.
• Proficient in MVDA / chemometrics, predictive / time-series, and hybrid modeling techniques.
• Knowledgeable in tools such as SIMCA, JMP, MODDE, Design Expert, and programming languages like Python / R / MATLAB.
• Thorough understanding of QbD, CPV, PAT, validation, or process monitoring frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to steer product discovery and roadmap strategy linked to workflows, value, and revenue results.
• Excellent communication skills across PM, engineering, customer, and executive levels.
• Experience in influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority, and in coaching PMs to higher standards of product decision-making.
