Senior Director – PRINCE2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engaging with corporations, government agencies, and other professional organizations to enhance awareness and expand the market for PRINCE2 products.

• Collaborating closely with the global PRINCE2 Business Development team to increase sales of PRINCE2 products.

• Partnering with Product Management and Product Development to contribute to content creation.

• Working in conjunction with global Marketing to elevate the PRINCE2 brand.

• Assisting PRINCE2 partner organizations with client interactions, sales enablement initiatives, marketing support, and other resources to drive the sale of PRINCE2 products.

• Conducting webinars, speaking engagements, panel discussions, and other activities to promote the PRINCE2 brand.

• Inspiring and energizing the PRINCE2 ecosystem, including PRINCE2 Ambassadors and the official PRINCE2 Community Group.

• Developing and maintaining impactful relationships with senior decision-makers in the ecosystem to advocate for PRINCE2 products.

• Participating in conferences, language education events, and strategic forums to promote PRINCE2.

• Collaborating across the group (including LanguageCert, ITIL, City & Guilds, DevOps) to enhance overall group performance.

• Providing input as needed for PeopleCert reports and business updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A recognized global authority in PRINCE2 and Project Management.

• Over 10 years of experience with PRINCE2 products, which may include PRINCE2 Project Management, PRINCE2 Programme Management (“MSP”), PRINCE2 Risk Management (“MoR”), PRINCE2 Portfolio Management (“MoP”), PRINCE2 Agile, and PRINCE2 PMO (“P3O”).

• Familiarity with other project management frameworks such as Association for Project Management, Project Management Institute, and APMG-International is preferred.

• Comprehensive understanding of PRINCE2 training partner organizations.

• Being an accredited trainer or consultant for some or all PRINCE2 products would be advantageous.

• Significant experience in conducting webinars, presenting at conferences, and engaging in other marketing activities.

• Extensive background in collaborating with sales teams to provide expertise in PRINCE2, including sales enablement efforts.

• Considerable experience in client business development activities, such as drafting proposals, formal bids, and offering PRINCE2 expertise during client calls.

• Strong relationships with organizations like the Association for Project Management, Project Management Institute, and APMG-International are desirable.

• Proficient in written and spoken English (C2 level certification preferred; LANGUAGECERT C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate is a plus).
