This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee a global, cross-functional, multi-tiered team.
• Direct client interactions by managing projects to meet timelines, fulfill client expectations, and adhere to resource budgets.
• Recognize additional revenue prospects within both existing and upcoming projects.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to effectively position and distinguish Advito's products and services in the marketplace.
• Keep updated on industry trends and technology product lines.
• Identify competitive challenges and emerging issues, providing prompt solutions to maintain relationship integrity.
• Foster constructive relationships with account and travel managers, sharing insights on trends and industry developments.
• Work closely with BCD Travel account managers, sales managers, and supplier relations staff to assist the client base.
• Deliver program and account management for clients while supporting sales efforts by pursuing cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand business with existing clients.
• Serve as an escalation point for all client concerns.
• Propel enhancements in tools and process initiatives.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and the exchange of best practices.
• Provide assistance for internal Advito projects.
• Extensive experience in the Travel Industry and consulting at mid to senior management levels.
• Exceptional project management capabilities.
• Comprehensive experience within the airline sector.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Demonstrated skill in leading and collaborating with diverse, cross-functional international teams.
• Advanced analytical abilities.
• Highly developed problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and data visualization software is required.
• Experience with generative and agentic AI is an advantage.
