Senior Director, Patient Services – HUB

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for leading and executing assigned programs/projects, assigning responsibilities to team members, project support resources, and core Patient Services leaders to facilitate change management.

• Ensure that quality and service standards are upheld alongside client-specific contractual obligations.

• Supervises the introduction of new requests from clients.

• Cultivate ongoing client relationships by addressing escalated issues, exercising authority, and communicating transparently.

• Responsible for overseeing program-level and corporate-level financial objectives, client retention, service level goals, performance evaluations, business assessments, and the development of Patient Services personnel.

• Develop and enhance leadership talent and capabilities within the team and direct reports.

• Offer challenging learning and development opportunities to leaders.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% to attend relevant client meetings and conferences as necessary.

• Actively engages in both in-person and virtual meetings/events (internal and external).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• 10 – 15 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 8 – 12 years of relevant experience.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.

• Proficient in PC skills, including the Microsoft Office suite, Internet, and Outlook.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities, team-oriented approach, and a proactive and positive management style.

• Capable of performing well under pressure, collaborating across functions to solve complex problems, and enhancing quality and service.

• Ability to manage budget, service, and quality objectives.
