This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement the framework of the PartnerTrust Partner Program along with leadership priorities, operationalizing the structure, requirements, and incentives while monitoring program health metrics.
• Oversee the comprehensive planning, execution, and delivery of the program, ensuring that milestones, budget, and quality standards are achieved.
• Evaluate and enhance the supporting infrastructure, which includes portals, systems, and help desk, while establishing SLAs.
• Take ownership of the onboarding and intake processes, optimizing workflows to reduce time-to-active.
• Serve as the operational leader for crucial workflows, collaborating with Legal and Finance on agreements, contracts, and compliance tracking.
• Act as the operational intermediary among Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Product, Operations, and Customer Success.
• Create and maintain program roadmaps, schedules, and status reports for leadership evaluation.
• Identify, monitor, mitigate, and escalate program risks and issues.
• Manage relationships, escalations, and communications; prepare business reviews and represent the program at both internal and external forums.
• Define and monitor KPIs to assess program success and impact.
• Promote continuous enhancement of program management processes, tools, and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, operations, or a related field, ideally within technology or SaaS.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional programs from initiation to completion.
• Capability to operationalize intricate, multi-stakeholder processes and drive execution without direct authority.
• Experience with agreement and contract workflows along with collaboration with Legal and Finance.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or MS Project.
• Skilled in using CRM or related systems such as Salesforce.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present updates to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP, PgMP, or a similar certification is preferred.
• Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with change management or organizational readiness initiatives.
• Knowledge of eSignature tools like DocuSign and portal/PRM technologies.
• Skills in data visualization or reporting tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
• An MBA or equivalent business education is a nice-to-have.
