This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Drive results across our key strategic partners.
• Achieve robust and consistent revenue growth with major partners while prioritizing a customer-first approach.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction (NPS), maintain low churn rates (<5%), and foster strong long-term customer outcomes.
• Enhance partner productivity and performance beyond the broader ecosystem.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3–6 Major Partner Account Managers (PAMs).
• Establish high standards for account management, strategic planning, and execution.
• Support each team member in becoming a more capable and strategic operator.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with partner executives, including those at the C-suite level.
• Facilitate the annual planning process with each major partner.
• Hold both the team and partners accountable for effective execution.
• Elevate the quality and consistency of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) across the team.
• Enhance forecast accuracy and pipeline quality for major partners.
• Advocate for the needs of top partners within Acumatica.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is required.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of leadership experience managing teams in partner management, account management, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with complex B2B solutions (ERP experience is strongly preferred).
• Extensive expertise in managing and expanding strategic partner relationships.
• Strong operational capabilities—comfortable with planning, forecasting, and ensuring accountability.
• Ability to engage effectively at the executive level, both internally and with partners.
• Direct sales experience is advantageous.
