Senior Director – Orange Movement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee the Orange Movement program, collaborating closely with IIX teams.

• Ensure the long-term financial viability of the Orange Movement through diversified, multi-year fundraising efforts.

• Develop the coalition's governance framework into a model for exemplary stakeholder management.

• Lead initiatives for co-funder engagement, partnership development, and long-term fundraising strategies.

• Direct the Orange Capital Verifier Training program along with other certification tracks.

• Broaden training opportunities for investors, regulators, and issuers to foster global confidence in Orange instruments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is essential; an MBA or a Master's in Business, Finance, Public Policy, or International Development is preferred.

• Over 15 years of experience in strategic partnerships, capital markets, fundraising, or senior leadership positions in finance, philanthropy, or development, with significant exposure to the Global South.

• A proven history of capital mobilization, impact finance, or initiatives related to climate and gender.

• Evidence of the ability to build and lead cross-functional teams, engage with global stakeholders, and operate in an entrepreneurial manner in frontier markets.

• An established network of funder relationships — including DFIs, foundations, corporates, and multilaterals — that can be activated to secure signed co-funder commitments within the first year.

• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Airtable, HubSpot) and digital collaboration tools; knowledge of AI productivity instruments (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, etc.) is a plus.

• Outstanding skills in fundraising, partnership development, and strategic execution.
