This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Foster franchisee engagement, ensure operational consistency, and enhance unit-level economic performance throughout the Drybar network.
• Mentor franchise owners on strategies for revenue enhancement, profitability, staffing, membership performance, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and nurture a team of Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers who support the Drybar franchise network.
• Set standards for accountability, coaching, and operational alignment across the team.
• Supervise the execution of brand initiatives, programs, and strategic priorities.
• Collaborate across departments with internal teams to facilitate successful project management and implementation.
• Cultivate strong relationships with franchise owners through ongoing communication, visibility, and partnership.
• Conduct operational meetings, webinars, business reviews, and forums to engage franchisees.
• Evaluate business performance metrics and KPIs to uncover opportunities and assess operational risks.
• Propel continuous improvement initiatives that promote franchisee success and operational scalability.
• Maintain regular travel and field visibility throughout the Drybar network.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in franchise operations, multi-unit leadership, or field support.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading and developing operational support teams.
• Proven experience in coaching franchise owners or multi-unit operators regarding business performance and profitability.
• Background in supporting beauty, wellness, retail, hospitality, or service-oriented franchise systems is preferred.
• Strong preference for candidates with multi-unit operational leadership experience.
• Established record of leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
• Strong business and operational insight with the ability to analyze performance metrics and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
• Capability to prioritize tasks, remain organized, and adapt swiftly in a dynamic environment.
• Confidence in managing challenging conversations and persuading others toward action.
• A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
