This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

• Ensure safety and quality standards by maintaining secure operations, safeguarding company assets, and adhering to quality compliance and Right-First-Time objectives.
• Foster talent and capability development by enhancing leadership and technical skills through focused development and clear priorities.
• Streamline the cost structure by spearheading simplification and cost of goods sold (COGS) reduction initiatives to achieve year-over-year savings.
• Anticipate workforce requirements by analyzing workforce size and skill composition through data-driven planning.
• Encourage inclusive leadership by nurturing respectful and inclusive relationships within teams.
• Enhance work environments by sustaining productive, well-designed spaces that promote employee well-being.
• Direct equipment and Commissioning, Qualification, and Verification (CQV) processes by overseeing new equipment planning and ensuring effective execution.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in engineering or business.
• More than 12 years of manufacturing experience in areas such as packaging, process engineering, warehousing, and assembly.
• At least 5 years of experience in people leadership with a proven track record of team development.
• Previous experience in Plant Management is necessary.
• Experience in multi-site leadership is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying lean tools and systems to facilitate sustained continuous improvement.
• Proven success in leading transformational change in operations, culture, and team capabilities.
• Experience in navigating complex operational challenges and achieving measurable performance improvements.
• Background in operating within formal management systems and ensuring compliant execution.
• Cross-functional leadership experience with strong decision-making skills.
• Operational and financial insight with experience managing key performance metrics.
• Solid understanding of supply chain functions, including planning, logistics, quality, materials management, and inventory control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region as needed.
