This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Lead a network of 8 manufacturing plants throughout the Western US.
• Propel performance in service delivery, cost management, safety, and quality assurance.
• Supervise operational strategy, resource management, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Ensure alignment of operations with the company’s roadmap for manufacturing excellence.
• Direct long-term operational planning while executing immediate actions for sustainable change.
• Cultivate a high-performance, values-driven operational culture across all manufacturing sites.
• Promote the manufacturing excellence roadmap and guarantee accountability for outcomes.
• Enforce the implementation of lean systems and root-cause analysis for problem-solving.
• Oversee the piloting and launch of new product offerings.
• Ensure safe operations, protect company assets, and maintain quality compliance with Right-First-Time performance standards.
• Foster the development of leadership and technical skills through targeted initiatives and clear priorities.
• Drive simplification and cost-of-goods-sold (COGS) reduction initiatives to achieve year-over-year savings.
• Utilize data-driven planning to predict workforce size and skill requirements.
• Promote respectful and inclusive relationships across various teams.
• Maintain a productive and well-designed work environment that supports employee well-being.
• Guide the planning of new equipment and ensure effective commissioning, qualification, and verification processes.
• Report directly to the Senior Vice President of Operations.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in engineering or business.
• At least 12 years of manufacturing experience encompassing packaging, process engineering, warehousing, and assembly.
• A minimum of 5 years in people leadership roles with a proven record of team development.
• Previous experience in Plant Management is essential.
• Multi-site leadership experience is required.
• Proven success in applying lean tools and systems for continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead transformational changes in operations, culture, and team capabilities.
• Experience in addressing complex operational challenges and achieving measurable performance improvements.
• Familiarity with operating within formal management systems and ensuring compliant execution.
• Cross-functional leadership experience with a strong capacity for decision-making.
• Operational and financial acumen with experience in overseeing key performance indicators.
• Strong understanding of supply chain functions, including planning, logistics, quality, materials management, and inventory control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.
