This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the systems, data, and processes that fuel ThreatDown's revenue engine.
• Spearhead a multi-quarter initiative to streamline fragmented data and reporting.
• Automate manual workflows and implement analytics to support go-to-market strategies and growth.
• Enhance the integrity of Salesforce data and maintain pipeline hygiene.
• Refine records related to accounts and territories.
• Standardize process and reporting definitions alongside lightweight governance.
• Consolidate and standardize go-to-market dashboards into a reliable reporting layer.
• Ensure alignment of metric definitions across go-to-market and Finance teams.
• Identify and automate high-volume manual workflows, such as lead routing, quoting, approvals, compensation calculations, forecasting inputs, and data entry.
• Achieve a measurable decrease in manual hours.
• Develop sales analytics capabilities to inform investment, scaling, and reallocation decisions.
• Oversee pipeline management, forecasting cadence, deal desk operations, and quota/territory design and administration.
• Manage marketing funnel instrumentation, lead lifecycle, MQL-to-SQL handoff, attribution, and the martech stack.
• Collaborate with Finance on compensation plan design, administer compensation, resolve disputes, and model incentives.
• Design territories, plan capacity, and establish account assignment logic and equity.
• Generate board/investor metrics, go-to-market KPIs, win/loss analysis, cohort analysis, and provide ad hoc decision support.
• Oversee the roadmap, administration, and vendor management of the Salesforce and integrated go-to-market stack.
• Report directly to the GM and work cross-functionally with leadership from Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success.
• 8+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations.
• 3+ years of leadership in the function at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience within a $100M+ ARR company with substantial transaction volume is preferred.
• Proven success in executing a RevOps transformation, including data remediation, reporting standardization, or large-scale workflow automation.
• Extensive experience in designing and managing automation projects across CRM, PRM, marketing automation, business intelligence, orchestration automation, and data warehouse tools.
• Demonstrated ability to reorganize a team during process changes while maintaining operational continuity.
• Strong financial acumen, including compensation modeling, forecasting, and understanding unit economics.
• Familiarity with multi-model selling and retention strategies is a plus, including multi-tier channel sales, direct sales, MSP, and online e-commerce.
• Experience in cybersecurity or technical product environments is a plus.
