This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

• Oversee large-scale projects involving multiple participants and stakeholders.
• Manage competing priorities to meet deadlines with minimal oversight.

• Analyze challenges critically and devise as well as implement solutions.
• Build high-performing teams and nurture leadership development.
• Develop a diverse professional network to facilitate work and gather insights.
• Ensure the consistent application of coaching and feedback processes.
• Motivate the team to align with the leadership vision and drive change.
• Provide valuable insights for teams and projects.
• Convert high-level strategy and complex insights into actionable opportunities.
• Identify and engage stakeholders to foster collaboration.
• Present compelling recommendations to senior audiences.
• Oversee operational aspects of contracted payor escalations, settlements, legal escalations, and contract negotiation support.
• Manage complex escalations and projects in collaboration with Revenue Operations, Legal, Contracting, and external insurance entities.
• Work together to address intricate claim payment issues and prevent future occurrences.
• High School Diploma or equivalent – Required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field – Preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel – Required.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle – Required.
• Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle Collections – Preferred.
