This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and oversee the Program Management Office (PMO).
• Create standards, governance, and reporting procedures for enterprise initiatives.
• Develop and sustain visibility into all major cross-functional projects and programs.
• Ensure initiatives align with company priorities and business goals.
• Deliver portfolio-level reporting and insights to executive leadership.
• Manage the centralized intake process for strategic and cross-functional initiatives.
• Facilitate the review, prioritization, and resource planning of initiatives.
• Evaluate organizational impact, dependencies, risks, and capacity needs.
• Ensure initiatives have clear objectives, ownership, timelines, and expected results.
• Identify competing priorities and suggest sequencing decisions.
• Coordinate initiatives that span multiple departments and business functions.
• Ensure that affected stakeholders are identified and involved throughout planning and execution.
• Track progress against milestones, deliverables, and commitments.
• Escalate risks, blockers, and dependency issues that need executive intervention.
• Promote accountability and follow-through across workstreams.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting for enterprise initiatives.
• Provide regular updates to the COO and other executive leaders regarding initiative progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Support Board reporting and strategic planning efforts.
• Monitor initiative performance against anticipated business outcomes.
• Collaborate with the COO to enhance enterprise-wide operational improvement, strategic initiatives, and transformation efforts.
• Convert executive priorities into actionable programs, workstreams, and implementation plans.
• Support organizational effectiveness, process redesign, automation, scalability, and operational maturity initiatives.
• Identify cross-functional risks, dependencies, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Track initiative outcomes to ensure anticipated business benefits are achieved.
• Facilitate alignment across business functions while maintaining focus on enterprise priorities set by the COO.
• Promote accountability, execution discipline, and transparency across major company initiatives.
• Manage Project Managers and future PMO resources.
• Develop program management capabilities and best practices.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, transparency, and excellence in execution.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, PMO, business operations, transformation, or operational leadership.
• At least 8 years of experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in establishing or managing Project Management Office (PMO) functions.
• Strong skills in executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to influence across functions without direct authority.
• Experience managing Project Managers and program resources across multiple initiatives.
• Experience supervising direct reports.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
