Senior Director of Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take charge of outcomes for Vertical Platform domains, converting company strategy into specific objectives.

• Lead the prioritization and allocation of resources in alignment with growth initiatives.

• Advocate for a user-centered approach, ensuring exceptional quality in user experiences.

• Create and nurture high-performing Product Management teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in Product Management, including leadership of teams and managers.

• Demonstrated success in owning and scaling consumer-facing or user-focused platform products.

• Strong experience collaborating with UI/UX Design teams.

• Background in growth-driven product environments.

• Experience in managing Managers of Product Managers and senior-level Individual Contributors.

• Adequate technical fluency to collaborate effectively with Engineering teams.

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
