This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the pipeline figures. You will be directly responsible for the creation, progression, speed, and conversion of marketing-sourced pipelines to closed-won revenue, meeting both quarterly and annual objectives.

• Develop, implement, and continually enhance a comprehensive demand generation engine that encompasses inbound, outbound, ABM, paid media, content syndication, email nurturing, and partner-driven initiatives.

• Create and manage a metrics-based ABM strategy aimed at targeting enterprise accounts within Arkose Labs’ primary sectors.

• Handle the marketing-to-sales transition process, which includes defining MQL/SQL standards, establishing SLA frameworks, developing lead scoring models, and sharing funnel accountability with the Sales team.

• Conduct daily and weekly analyses of pipeline data to pinpoint conversion obstacles, underperforming initiatives, and opportunities for acceleration.

• Formulate and implement integrated go-to-market programs in collaboration with IaaS partners and strategic alliances, focusing on pipeline contribution.

• Design and sustain a comprehensive attribution model that effectively links every marketing investment to pipeline and revenue results.

• Manage campaign ROI evaluation from beginning to end, covering budget distribution, program design, and post-campaign review.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of B2B marketing experience, including 3-5 years of leadership in demand generation within high-growth enterprise technology or cybersecurity sectors.

• A proven and measurable history of owning pipeline objectives and generating both marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced revenue. Show us the numbers.

• Extensive hands-on experience with ABM platforms, intent-data tools, marketing automation (such as Marketo, HubSpot, or equivalent), CRM (Salesforce), and comprehensive attribution methodologies.

• Proven ability to implement AI-driven marketing tools that demonstrably impact pipeline performance.

• Experience in creating demand programs that target large enterprises with complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes lasting 6-12+ months.

• Strong analytical capabilities, with the aptitude to build dashboards, analyze pipeline data, and convert insights into actionable campaign strategies.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
