This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish AristaMD's marketing capabilities from the ground up, focusing on growth and usage marketing, account-based marketing, as well as company positioning and thought leadership.
• Take ownership of the campaign calendar and reporting for existing customer marketing initiatives, including newsletters, webinars, nurture sequences, and usage campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing operations consultant to create and sustain lifecycle stages, attribution, and segmentation within HubSpot.
• Provide monthly reports on utilization improvements and net-new active provider engagement by account.
• Work alongside clinical and executive leadership and clients to craft keynotes, bylines, and speaking engagements.
• Manage top-of-funnel market education content, including blog series, gated whitepapers, and case studies.
• Develop conference and event strategies, prioritize events and speaking opportunities, and oversee event requests, budgets, and participation.
• Build relationships with healthcare trade press and facilitate press release and byline placements.
• Complete and automate AristaMD's account-based marketing framework, including ICP scoring and data/enrichment partnerships.
• Lead outbound execution with business development through targeted messaging and sequencing.
• Create repeatable campaign playbooks.
• Maintain and enhance the messaging hierarchy across web, sales, and content.
• Manage the collateral library and oversee the marketing material request process.
• Ensure consistency in messaging, terminology, and design across all channels and assets.
• Design operational processes for a growing marketing function.
• Propose a marketing organizational structure and hiring plan, then build and lead the team as headcount is authorized.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Client Experience on shared data and definitions.
• Over 7 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Proven hands-on expertise in at least one or two areas such as growth marketing, account-based marketing, or content and thought leadership.
• Solid understanding of other marketing disciplines to effectively direct individuals or partners.
• Direct, hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
• Capability to independently establish lifecycle stages, nurture sequences, attribution, and segmentation.
• Proven track record of developing a marketing function or program from the ground up without an existing team or established playbook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting to executive, clinical, and cross-functional audiences.
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret program and pipeline data to derive actionable insights.
• Highly organized with exceptional project management abilities.
• Skilled in managing multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
• Hands-on experience in creating account-based marketing programs and growth campaigns from strategy through to execution.
• Proficiency in HubSpot or comparable platforms, including lifecycle stages, attribution, segmentation, and campaign creations.
• Ability to translate clinical and customer outcomes into market-facing narratives, content, and earned media.
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs with minimal supervision.
• Ability to establish trust with Growth, Revenue Operations, Sales, Client Experience, and clinical leadership.
