This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Formulate and implement the vision and roadmap for marketing technology, data architecture, systems integration, and AI enablement.
• Manage and enhance the marketing ecosystem, which includes CRM, marketing automation, account-based marketing, web, analytics, business intelligence, customer and data platforms, along with AI-enabled functionalities.
• Identify, assess, implement, and expand AI solutions to boost productivity, insights, targeting, personalization, forecasting, lead management, and campaign performance.
• Establish governance, ensure human oversight, set adoption standards, measure value, and implement controls for marketing systems, data, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Oversee marketing measurement frameworks, analytics strategy, KPI architecture, and executive reporting.
• Direct dashboards, scorecards, forecasting models, attribution strategies, and regular performance reviews.
• Convert customer, campaign, funnel, pipeline, revenue, and financial data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Assess the accuracy, assumptions, limitations, biases, and business relevance of data and AI-generated outputs.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, and Marketing leadership to align investments with pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Assist revenue processes from lead generation to opportunity creation, pipeline progression, customer expansion, and retention.
• Create dashboards for pipeline health, forecast inputs, revenue KPIs, and executive performance scorecards.
• Supervise lead capture, scoring, routing, nurturing, attribution, and Sales handoff processes.
• Set up scalable campaign execution standards across email, digital, web, events, and account-based marketing.
• Manage marketing data quality, metadata, taxonomy, documentation, access, privacy, and governance standards.
• Develop operating cadences, governance frameworks, process maps, playbooks, workflow standards, and adoption metrics.
• Spearhead change management and ongoing improvement across systems, analytics, data, and operational practices.
• Advise marketing and business leaders on systems, insights, AI, performance measurement, and commercial decision-making.
• Mentor, coach, and develop professionals in marketing technology, operations, analytics, and insights.
• Cultivate organizational capabilities in marketing technology, analytics, AI, automation, data governance, and revenue intelligence.
• Direct budgeting, technology investment planning, vendor relations, contract oversight, and portfolio prioritization.
• Allocate resources based on strategic value, risk, adoption, business impact, and ROI.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in marketing technology, marketing analytics, marketing operations, revenue operations, business intelligence, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing technology, CRM, automation, data, analytics, and reporting environments.
• Demonstrated fluency in AI and the ability to operationalize AI use cases.
• Experience in establishing responsible AI practices, including data readiness, human oversight, output validation, adoption measurement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven track record in developing marketing measurement frameworks, executive dashboards, performance insights, attribution, and ROI analysis.
• Experience collaborating with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Finance on pipeline management, forecasting, revenue reporting, and go-to-market performance.
• Strong understanding of B2B revenue funnels, pipeline management, forecasting methodologies, and commercial performance measurement.
• Preferred: Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Preferred: Familiarity with generative AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, or AI-enabled functionalities.
• Preferred: Experience leading AI pilots through to scaled adoption.
• Preferred: Experience within a Revenue Operations model that aligns Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Preferred: Exposure to forecasting, territory planning, capacity planning, quota management, or commercial performance analytics.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting complex, matrixed organizations and managing executive-level operating cadences.
• Must possess work authorization in the employing country without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
