This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the PR agency to shape and execute brand positioning.
• Define and refine the value proposition for diverse audiences, including patients and health plans.
• Develop and maintain a unique visual identity for all target audiences.
• Lead the paid media strategy across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and other specific regional and national channels.
• Oversee the earned media strategy, encompassing PR and social media efforts.
• Create and manage the integrated marketing calendar, determining the timing and deployment of brand creative.
• Manage and enhance owned channels as brand platforms, including the corporate website, blog, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Direct efforts to transition patients from eligible to engaged through onboarding, activation, and retention via direct marketing channels (mailers, SMS, outbound calls, digital).
• Establish a messaging strategy tailored to patients at each stage of their enrollment journey.
• Develop marketing measurement frameworks, including dashboards and reporting protocols.
• Assist in supporting the marketing roadmap, which includes quarterly resource discussions with Product and Design.
• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in marketing and brand leadership, including the establishment and scaling of a marketing function, preferably within healthcare, health tech, or another regulated, mission-driven sector.
• Proven history of owning brand positioning and narrative from strategy to execution across paid, earned, and content channels, with measurable effects on brand awareness and demand.
• Experience managing paid and earned media campaigns (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, PR) and collaborating with external agencies (creative, media, PR).
• Skilled in developing content strategies and overseeing production across various formats (video, written); experience in building thought leadership programs with clinical/technical subject matter experts is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities — able to manage, mentor, and develop a small team while remaining involved in execution in a fast-paced growth environment.
• Strong ability to collaborate across functions — capable of partnering with Product, Data Science, Network, and Growth teams without having full ownership.
• Experience managing a marketing budget and reporting on performance/ROI.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences and formats.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
