Senior Director of Infrastructure Financing

📋 Description

• Lead targeted and/or comprehensive business evaluations and the formulation of implementation strategies and plans to enhance operations and efficiency for our clients.

• Offer direction and support in the client's establishment of thorough planning methodologies that align strategic goals and objectives with execution.

• Recognize potential risks for both BC and the client organization, ensuring appropriate governance and policy formulation.

• Engage with federal and state funding programs to maximize funding opportunities.

• Contribute to and actively engage in significant municipal finance initiatives within the organization.

• Spearhead infrastructure financing initiatives, particularly focusing on municipal utility financing.

• Assess market trends through competitor analysis and provide valuable insights into industry developments.

• Direct the creation of strategies for funding and financing that support infrastructure projects.

• Exhibit flexibility to adapt and undertake various additional responsibilities as needed.

• Mentor, guide, and share knowledge with less experienced team members to aid in their skill development and career growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a minimum of 15 years of professional experience in infrastructure financing or a related area.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, environmental engineering, environmental science, or a related discipline is essential.

• Proficient in researching, developing, and effectively articulating a client’s critical business factors.

• Experienced in workforce development, performance enhancement, and organizational design.

• Strong expertise in governance and policy formulation.

• Exceptional facilitation and interviewing skills.

• Effective communicator, both written and verbal, with strong presentation capabilities.

• Advanced proficiency in risk identification, mitigation, and management.

• In-depth knowledge of federal and state funding programs.

• Possess advanced technical writing skills, able to convey technical information clearly in both written and oral formats to clients.

• Solid understanding of municipal finance principles and practices.

• Advanced competencies in competitor analysis and strategic market insights.
