This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquire and expand the client base.
• Ensure the profitable growth of the product through pricing and account targeting strategies, as well as sustainable growth tactics that address market opportunities and challenges.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, sales representatives, and consultants regarding Information Governance projects.
• Deliver precise reporting and forecasts based on sales funnel strategies, client usage, and new account activities.
• Take a proactive role in thought leadership surrounding Information Governance offerings.
• Lead the identification and scoping of potential Information Governance engagements with both current and prospective clients by analyzing client history, analytics, and review needs to suggest engagement opportunities.
• Participate in calls and meetings with clients and Microsoft Strategy Sessions concerning potential Information Governance engagements.
• Facilitate Sales team interactions with prospective clients.
• Assist current clients in utilizing M365 with the support of Lighthouse Information Governance Consultants: scope and coordinate work with internal team members and with clients and external counsel.
• Utilize insights gained from Information Governance projects to offer statistically backed recommendations.
• Create and document use cases and best practices for the application of Information Governance Services.
• Train and mentor sales team members who are supporting Information Governance.
• Collaborate effectively with other Service Delivery teams to ensure exceptional client service.
• Travel to meet prospective and existing clients, attend training sessions, and conferences.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
• A BA or BS degree is required.
• Over 8 years of executive-level sales experience in the legal industry.
• 8 years of experience in the Microsoft and eDiscovery industries.
• Strong understanding of eDiscovery technologies and requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of litigation support and the legal discovery process and concepts.
• Demonstrated success and eagerness to consult with clients and internal departments.
• Ability to project expertise and resolve daily challenges while contributing to strategic direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients and internal staff.
• Customer service orientation: approachable, respectful, polite, and dedicated to client satisfaction.
• Capacity to multitask effectively under pressure.
• Experience leading complex projects and managing multidisciplinary teams from various departments.
