This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Create and implement long-term sales strategies that align with the company's objectives.
• Discover new market opportunities, customer demographics, and revenue channels.
• Project sales performance and set growth objectives.
• Provide insights on market trends and analytics to the executive team.
• Take ownership of revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Enhance sales processes, pipelines, and forecasting precision.
• Track performance metrics and initiate improvements.
• Propel scalable sales growth across various regions or segments.
• Recruit, mentor, and guide a high-performing sales team.
• Define goals and performance standards for team members.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and ongoing development.
• Create succession planning and leadership development pathways.
• Cultivate relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Represent the organization in high-stakes sales negotiations and partnerships.
• Collect customer feedback to enhance products and services.
• Align lead generation and branding strategies with marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to address market needs.
• Partner with finance on pricing strategies and revenue forecasting.
• Implement customer relationship management (CRM) and sales tools.
• Establish standardized sales methodologies and best practices.
• Ensure precise reporting, compliance, and data accuracy.
• Travel for client meetings, conferences, or team leadership activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA is preferred.
• 10–15+ years of progressive sales experience, including roles in senior leadership.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing revenue goals.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Strategic mindset with a data-oriented approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of sales processes, CRM tools, and analytics.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive setting.
• Indefinite authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel across North America, up to 50% of the time.
