This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Supervise all stages of residential renovations and new constructions across a geographically varied portfolio.
• Act as a reliable partner to executive leadership, offering strategic guidance.
• Stay actively involved in field operations and daily execution.
• Direct project planning, contractor management, and collaboration across functions.
• Ensure that work aligns with the organization’s vision, operational objectives, and long-term asset strategy.
• Oversee high-end residential renovation and new construction projects.
• Manage multiple projects while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Oversee property portfolios with a consideration for long-term operational effects.
• Administer budgets, forecasts, contracts, contractors, and vendors.
• Anticipate challenges, mediate conflicts, and guide teams through intricate projects.
• Travel throughout the United States as required.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in construction, real estate development, or related sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, real estate, architecture, or a related field.
• Extensive hands-on experience in the field with comprehensive knowledge of construction methods and practices.
• Proven track record managing high-end residential projects, including renovations and new builds.
• Demonstrated success in overseeing multiple projects and coordinating various stakeholders.
• Experience managing property portfolios with an understanding of long-term operational impacts.
• Strong financial acumen, including skills in budgeting, forecasting, and contract management.
• Proficient in tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Matterport, or equivalent platforms.
• Strategic leadership skills with a fiduciary mindset and strong decision-making abilities.
• Expertise in contract negotiation and vendor management across diverse markets.
• Ability to foresee challenges, resolve conflicts, and lead teams through complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying intricate issues for varied audiences.
• High level of organizational awareness and adeptness in navigating multi-layered environments.
• Ability to work in-office or remotely from any location on the East Coast.
• Willingness to travel throughout the United States as necessary.
