This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and direct Solera’s channel sales policies, objectives, and growth strategies.
• Provide executive mentorship and performance management for a team consisting of 2 Directors and 9 Sellers.
• Create and implement "land and expand" strategies for current VARs.
• Lead the process of identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new high-potential channel partners.
• Collaborate with Contracts, Finance, and Pricing teams to facilitate negotiations.
• Use Salesforce to manage sales processes and conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate with leadership in product, marketing, and customer experience.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in sales leadership.
• A minimum of 5 years in channel sales or partner management at a senior level.
• Proven experience in managing a multi-tiered sales organization.
• In-depth knowledge of the transportation, logistics, or fleet management software sectors.
• Record of success in negotiating large-scale, complex contracts.
• Expertise in Challenger-based or other value-driven sales methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
