This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of the Americas field marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with Extreme’s revenue objectives, regional sales priorities, and focus on specific vertical markets.
• Convert corporate go-to-market strategies into region-specific field plans tailored for Canada, the US, and Latin America.
• Collaborate strategically with Sales and Channel leadership to synchronize plans on investment timings and locations for optimal returns.
• Spearhead the innovative application of AI in field marketing, encompassing:
• - AI-driven development of consistent, brand-aligned bill-of-materials for regional and vertical campaigns
• - Predictive prioritization of accounts and territories
• - Analysis of event and program performance
• - AI-enhanced personalization for executive and account-based marketing experiences
• - Automated follow-up processes post-events
• Utilize AI insights to enhance budget distribution, program diversity, and regional investments instantaneously.
• Encourage a test-and-learn mindset, leveraging AI to reduce feedback loops and improve ROI continuously.
• Manage the planning and execution of impactful field programs, including:
• - Industry and partner MDF events
• - Executive dinners and C-suite engagements
• - Roadshows, regional activations, and customer forums
• - Account-based targeted demand strategies (1:1, 1:few)
• Ensure tightly coordinated programs with digital demand, account-based marketing, business development representatives, corporate campaigns, and partner marketing efforts.
• Promote consistent messaging, positioning, and value communication in collaboration with Product Marketing.
• Oversee the results of the Americas field marketing initiatives, including:
• - Weekly reports on marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline
• - Revenue impact and deal acceleration
• - Program-level ROI and cost-effectiveness
• Assess and assist teams in comprehending success metrics for every field investment to enhance decision-making.
• Employ AI and advanced analytics to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities for optimizing ROI.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a team of regional field marketing leaders and managers.
• Cultivate a teamwork-oriented, high-performance culture aimed at achieving outcomes, emphasizing accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders effectively, avoiding reliance on cumbersome processes or hierarchies.
• Over 10 years of experience in B2B field, regional, or integrated marketing, including senior leadership positions within a SaaS or enterprise technology setting.
• Proven track record of generating a pipeline and revenue impact exceeding $1B in a B2B SaaS technology firm.
• Experience in supporting both direct sales and channel-driven go-to-market strategies.
• Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles, multi-stakeholder negotiations, and executive-level audiences.
• Demonstrated capability in applying AI in marketing—going beyond mere experimentation—to enhance targeting, execution efficiency, personalization, and ROI.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to correlate marketing activities with pipeline, revenue, and customer lifetime value.
• Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, ABM platforms, and analytics tools; comfortable collaborating closely with Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations teams.
• Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capable of effectively navigating a fast-paced, matrixed, global organization.
• Hands-on leadership approach with a tendency towards action, experimentation, and continual improvement.
