This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +3 more states.
β’ Oversee communications related to clinical, health economics, and outcomes research with decision-makers in population health.
β’ Share scientific evidence that informs population health decision-makers about the value propositions of products.
β’ Offer leadership in field medical MVO regarding pharmacoeconomics and health outcomes research.
β’ Aid in HEOR strategy and foster compliant relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and population health decision-makers.
β’ Cultivate and sustain clinical expertise related to disease states, pipeline, and marketed products.
β’ Build and uphold scientific relationships with national and regional payers and managed care organizations.
β’ Establish and maintain peer-to-peer scientific connections with Canadian provincial and private payers.
β’ Provide insights to internal stakeholders regarding emerging trends in payer formulary, coverage, and reimbursement.
β’ Contribute to HEOR projects and lead customer outcome initiatives.
β’ Assist in HEOR and market access efforts, including managing payer advisory boards, consultants, and HEOR projects.
β’ Communicate and present clinical and HEOR data to decision-makers in population health and external clients.
β’ Represent BeOne Medicines on HEOR matters at forums, conferences, and professional associations.
β’ Collaborate with market access, commercial, and medical teams while engaging with external consulting KOLs.
β’ Define and deliver professional development and training for the HEOR team and internal stakeholders.
β’ Support metrics based on value and outcomes for payer clients.
β’ Complete assignments within the constraints of the available budget.
β’ MD, PharmD., PhD, or a related advanced degree with over 10 years of experience in Hematology/Oncology.
β’ Candidates with a master's degree and 15 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
β’ Exceptional oral and written communication abilities, along with strong presentation skills.
β’ Experience in HEOR and effectively communicating HEOR data to external stakeholders.
β’ Familiarity with value-based/outcomes-based metrics utilized with payer clients.
β’ Ensure compliance with both internal and external guidelines and regulations, including applicable policies and codes.
β’ Demonstrated ability to achieve results with high quality as a strategic and creative thinker/leader.
β’ Proven capability to navigate ambiguity and excel in a dynamic environment.
β’ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients in a global and matrixed setting.
β’ Highly organized and self-driven, with the ability to determine priorities and meet objectives.
β’ Interest and capability in managing and supporting the development of junior team members.
β’ Proficiency in PC use is required.
β’ Skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
β’ Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) and other database skills (e.g., Veeva).
β’ Willingness to travel for work approximately 70% of the time.
