Senior Director, Marketplaces

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Guide and mentor a team of commerce specialists and managers.

• Take ownership of key client relationships as the senior leader in Commerce.

• Advocate for Tinuiti’s suite of products and technologies in commerce delivery.

• Manage the analysis of intricate commerce performance data; ensure that recommendations are based on evidence, measurable, and aligned with client KPIs.

• Supervise the formulation and implementation of extensive commerce strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in commerce, e-commerce, retail media, or marketplace roles.

• More than 5 years of experience in leading teams (individual contributors and/or managers).

• Strong knowledge of commerce media and marketplace environments (such as Amazon, Walmart, Criteo, and similar platforms).

• Proficient in guiding teams on data interpretation, testing principles, and decisions informed by measurement.

• Demonstrated capability to collaborate with Client Partners, Creative, Analytics, and other channels to create cohesive commerce strategies.

• Excellent storytelling and client engagement skills suitable for executive settings; capable of fostering alignment, decision-making, and accountability.
