This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and manage the planning and operational cadence for the marketing department, encompassing annual planning, quarterly priorities, KPI assessments, and leadership workflows.
• Collaborate with the marketing leadership team to convert strategy into actionable plans, priorities, and execution roadmaps.
• Work alongside Finance and Marketing leaders to assist with marketing budget planning, investment trade-offs, and ensuring performance visibility.
• Build, scale, and lead a high-performing Marketing Operations team that supports planning, performance management, program governance, and execution.
• Create a clear performance framework that includes KPIs, a reporting structure, and accountability across marketing.
• Enhance program governance and execution discipline to increase speed, coordination, and accountability across campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Rev Ops / Sales Ops and Marketing leaders to define KPI governance, funnel metrics, and performance visibility.
• Utilize performance insights to guide decisions on budget allocation, program mix, and strategic priorities.
• Convert data into actionable insights for the CMO and leadership team.
• Oversee the marketing technology roadmap in collaboration with IT, Business Systems, and Rev Ops / Sales Ops.
• Enhance the utilization, governance, and business value of platforms within the marketing ecosystem.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field.
• Over 12 years of leadership experience in Marketing operations, Revenue operations, Marketing strategy, Business operations, or a related commercial operations setting.
• Extensive expertise in B2B SaaS / enterprise marketing environments with a solid understanding of pipeline, funnel management, campaign operations, martech, and performance measurement.
• Proven experience in establishing and managing operating models at scale, including planning cadences, KPI frameworks, and execution discipline across complex, cross-functional organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a senior operational partner to a CMO or business leader, translating strategy into priorities, governance, and measurable execution.
• Strong consulting-style problem-solving and structured thinking skills, with the capability to simplify complexity, prioritize effectively, and maintain rigor in fast-paced environments.
• Robust business and financial acumen with the ability to link marketing activities to pipeline, ROI, and strategic investment decisions.
• Proven track record in building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams, including establishing new capabilities or scaling existing functions.
• Credible executive presence, capable of influencing and aligning senior stakeholders across CMO, Finance, IT, RevOps, Product, and Sales.
• Strong understanding of marketing and sales technology ecosystems, with the ability to collaborate on systems and data strategies.
