This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of, develop, and continually enhance the Revenue and Marketing forecasting model for Nutrafol's .COM and Amazon channels, acting as the sole proprietor of the financial plan for these sectors and ensuring alignment with current channel strategies, market trends, and changing assumptions.
• Facilitate and enhance the annual and ongoing financial planning process for .COM and Amazon, collaborating with channel, Marketing, and commercial teams, establishing the planning schedule, and providing a unified channel financial plan to senior management.
• Spearhead essential strategic finance initiatives, including scenario planning, prioritization of investments, and other high-priority projects assigned by senior management.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CMO and SVP, Head of Finance, collaborating on strategic insights and decision-making for the .COM and Amazon channels while translating complex financial analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Build, manage, and nurture a team, promoting a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement, analytical rigor, and robust business partnerships.
• Propel the adoption of cutting-edge financial planning tools, processes, and AI-enabled workflows to enhance team productivity and the quality of insights.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Data, and Business teams to guarantee the integrity and consistency of financial data supporting plans, forecasts, and reporting.
• Over 10 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership role managing a team.
• Direct experience in a DTC or e-commerce environment is essential.
• Familiarity with Amazon's retail ecosystem (Vendor Central, Seller Central, or Amazon Advertising) and knowledge of Amazon-specific financial metrics is advantageous.
• An MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree is required; backgrounds in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate strategy are beneficial.
• Extensive financial modeling skills: capable of independently constructing, maintaining, and communicating complex, integrated financial models (long-range plans, scenario analyses, investment cases) with accuracy and clarity.
• Proven ability in people management, demonstrated by a history of developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and ongoing improvement.
• Outstanding executive communication skills: experienced in presenting financial narratives and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board-level audiences.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration; able to influence without formal authority and drive alignment across Finance, Marketing, Operations, and the broader leadership team.
• Demonstrated comfort in utilizing AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, or similar) to expedite financial analysis, automate routine tasks, and generate insights more swiftly, with a proactive approach to exploring how AI can enhance team output.
• Proficient in Tableau or other BI tools and advanced skills in Excel.
