This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas, +1 more state.
• Develop and implement a detailed marketing strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives and product roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing marketing team across various disciplines.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to establish brand positioning and market differentiation.
• Set KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
• Oversee the marketing technology stack (CRM, automation tools, analytics platforms) to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Manage budget planning, forecasting, and allocation of resources.
• Implement processes to enhance campaign execution, lead management, and reporting accuracy.
• Ensure data integrity and alignment with sales operations.
• Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at driving pipeline and revenue growth.
• Work closely with sales to guarantee lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline acceleration.
• Optimize digital marketing initiatives including paid media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
• Utilize data insights to continually enhance campaign performance.
• Define and articulate distinct messaging and value propositions.
• Lead competitive intelligence initiatives to inform positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging with customer needs and market trends.
• Create tools, content, and training programs to support the sales organization.
• Ensure uniform messaging and positioning across all customer interactions.
• Assist in product launches with enablement materials, playbooks, and internal communications.
• Develop and direct a global event strategy, including trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences.
• Drive event ROI through pipeline generation and customer engagement.
• Partner with sales to enhance the impact of field marketing and regional engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Over 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, especially in supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software.
• Experience in government contracting is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to drive demand generation and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of marketing operations, analytics, and marketing technology.
• Experience leading integrated campaigns across both digital and offline channels.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate strategically while ensuring execution excellence in a fast-paced environment.
