This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a team of Regional Account Managers, National Account Managers, and Directors to achieve Milo’s financial goals.
• Offer strategic guidance, leadership, and development for both direct reports and cross-functional teams.
• Formulate and implement multi-year strategic account plans that align with the company's revenue, margin, and market share targets.
• Identify opportunities within channels and accounts to enhance distribution, shelf presence, and sustainable growth.
• Act as the senior relationship manager for the company's key retail, foodservice, and/or distributor accounts.
• Negotiate and supervise complex trade agreements, promotional schedules, and pricing frameworks.
• Represent the company in senior-level customer discussions, industry events, and category evaluations.
• Create and scale channel-specific strategies while recognizing emerging retail and channel trends.
• Monitor and assess the impact of pricing across accounts, identifying potential competitive price-gap risks and opportunities.
• Manage the national broker and third-party sales network, establishing performance standards and overseeing agency relations.
• Collaborate with Revenue Growth Leadership to enhance trade investment ROI and improve net revenue realization per case.
• Maintain and exemplify leadership in Corporate Responsibility initiatives, including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.
• Execute food safety duties and other related responsibilities as required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is required.
• An MBA or an advanced degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in sales or account management, including at least 6 years in a relevant leadership role; or 10 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team of account managers or managing a national accounts department is essential.
• Strong understanding of CPG sales, trade management, retailer dynamics, and channel strategy is required.
• Experience in the food or beverage sector is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and strategic leadership skills with a history of building senior-level customer relationships and influencing cross-functional teams.
