This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead managers and associates across various technology platforms, CRM systems, and product offerings to achieve or surpass set performance metrics.
• Enhance the client experience continuously by employing coaching, service enhancements, client engagement strategies, and business development efforts.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain a team of high-performing managers, advisors, and associates.
• Oversee onboarding, training, coaching, and professional development initiatives.
• Identify and implement improvements in processes, procedures, technology, and operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators throughout the client lifecycle and enhance business outcomes.
• Engage with clients and support strategic client initiatives.
• Investigate and address complex escalations from prospects and clients.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, and business partners.
• Drive enterprise and departmental initiatives that promote innovation and business growth.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Supervise registered managers, advisors, and representatives in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Required: FINRA Series 7, Series 24, Series 63, and Series 65 (or 66) registrations.
• Required: FINRA Fingerprinting.
• A minimum of 7 years of proven leadership experience.
• Experience functioning as a "manager of managers."
• Track record of success in leading financial services organizations.
• Strong skills in operational and organizational leadership.
• Experience in leading investment advisory teams and client service operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of investment products and advisory services.
• Proven success in managing nationally distributed or remote teams.
• Capacity to adapt and grow within a rapidly evolving organization.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
