Senior Director – International Franchise Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Leading the strategic growth and expansion of Purpose Brands franchise network in global markets.

• Tasked with identifying, assessing, and securing new franchise opportunities.

• Building and nurturing relationships with both potential and current franchise partners.

• Collaborating across departments to develop brand-specific growth strategies.

• Overseeing the negotiation and execution of franchise agreements.

• Staying updated on industry best practices, regulatory standards, and emerging trends in franchise development.

• Preparing regular reports and presentations for senior leadership regarding franchise development activities and performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8–10 years of experience in franchise development, real estate development, or business development, demonstrating a successful track record in international markets.

• Extensive background in international franchise development, covering market analysis, lead generation, franchise sales, negotiation, and contract management.

• Proven success in launching and scaling franchise operations across various international markets.

• Experience in the franchise industry with multiple brands is highly preferred (International Focus).

• Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity are essential for navigating diverse international markets.

• Valuable experience collaborating with teams and clients from various cultural backgrounds.

• Demonstrated capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a significant level of autonomy and accountability.

• Experience in the health/wellness/fitness industry is preferred.
