Senior Director, Integration & Data Management Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and management of the integration and data strategy for a comprehensive Core HCM platform across government entities.

• Establish the architectural framework for platform interoperability with the federal HR systems landscape, emphasizing direct data exchange rather than relying on a hub.

• Offer expert technical guidance on migration strategies, data governance, alignment with records retention policies, and the use of downstream data, including client-managed Core HCM data.

• Counsel client and government leadership on integration and migration risks at the programmatic level.

• Define standards for API design, documentation, and access for government APIs.

• Serve as a technical authority in governance discussions, including participation in Steering Committee meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US citizen.

• An active Public Trust level clearance is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's degree is required; however, equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience is required, including at least 4 years in consulting management or related technology roles.

• Proven expertise in enterprise integration and data management strategies at a government-wide or similarly large-scale enterprise level.

• Demonstrated experience in setting technical direction for programs of significant complexity and visibility.

• Experience with Federal HRIT or shared-service platforms is preferred.

• Previous involvement in a government-wide or multi-agency consolidation is preferred.

• A Master's degree is preferred.
