Senior Director, Information Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the representative for the Global CIO when necessary, including participation in executive forums, governance committees, audits, and engagements with senior stakeholders.

• Formulate and implement the information technology strategy in alignment with organizational goals.

• Create and present application roadmaps for enterprise systems.

• Provide leadership across global IT teams to guarantee consistent execution of strategies, standards, and operational models.

• Lead and oversee major enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, clinical systems, global platform upgrades).

• Assist in portfolio governance, sequencing, and dependency management throughout the enterprise landscape.

• Propel digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.

• Develop and execute risk management plans for enterprise applications.

• Supervise IT budgets, forecasts, and initiatives for cost optimization.

• Negotiate and sustain relationships with technology vendors and service providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in enterprise IT positions (e.g., Deputy CIO, Senior Director IT, Head of Enterprise Applications).

• Proven track record of managing enterprise application portfolios in complex, global organizations.

• Strong expertise in business relationship management at executive and senior leadership levels.

• Demonstrated capability to operate within regulated environments.

• Experience in leading globally distributed teams and managing vendor ecosystems.

• Robust financial, governance, and delivery management skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Over 10 years in IT leadership roles with increasing responsibility.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
