
Senior Director, Implementation Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and take ownership of the strategic roadmap for Implementation Services, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives and market trends.
• Influence executive leadership regarding service offerings, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches.
• Lead and mentor various service line directors/managers while promoting a high-performance, client-focused culture.
• Design and expand an organizational structure that facilitates geographic growth, complex integrations, and managed services.
• Oversee P&L responsibilities for Implementation Services, including forecasting, revenue recognition, and margin optimization.
• Drive ongoing improvements in resource utilization, backlog management, concessions, and EBITDA performance.
• Act as the executive escalation point for high-profile clients and build relationships at the C-suite and board levels.
• Supervise contract negotiations, statements of work, and service-level agreements to ensure mutual value creation.
• Establish and enforce global delivery standards, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid), and quality assurance benchmarks.
• Track KPIs and metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, client satisfaction, renewal rates) and implement corrective measures as necessary.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to inform roadmap prioritization and facilitate seamless transitions.
• Work alongside Sales and Marketing to develop differentiating service-based offerings and aid in pipeline growth.
• Advocate for the adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., AI/automation) to improve service efficiency and client results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, IT, or a related field is required.
• MBA is preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, or an equivalent certification is required.
• Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred.
• Over 12 years of leadership experience in Professional Services or consulting organizations, particularly in enterprise-scale software implementations.
• More than 7 years of experience managing EHR, Practice Management, or Revenue Cycle Management implementations.
• Demonstrated success in P&L management and achieving revenue and margin targets.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to analyze complex data, market trends, and financial metrics to guide decision-making.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities; comfortable engaging with C-level executives and boards.
• Proven success in scaling teams, optimizing operations, and instilling continuous improvement practices.
• Extensive knowledge of CRM and delivery platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar systems.
• Skilled in conflict resolution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment in high-pressure situations.
