Senior Director, HR Shared Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the global HR Shared Services strategy along with a multi-year roadmap.

• Oversee a globally distributed Shared Services organization encompassing Tier 1-3 teams.

• Collaborate with Global Process Owners to streamline end-to-end hire-to-retire processes.

• Promote ongoing enhancement through AI, automation, and process optimization.

• Establish a robust daily management framework within the team to handle demand effectively.

• Serve as a prominent change leader.

• Cultivate and nurture a forward-thinking Shared Services team.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of progressive HR experience.

• More than 5 years in a managerial role overseeing people.

• Proven experience leading an HR Shared Services organization in a multinational setting.

• In-depth knowledge of the employment regulatory landscape.

• Strong focus on processes, continuous improvement, and technology including automation, AI, and digital solutions.

• Associate-centric approach with excellent stakeholder management abilities.

• Strategic thinker with analytical skills, able to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.

• Outstanding planning and organizational capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree (Master's preferred) in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or a related field.
