This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Spearhead the development of a multi-year digital strategy for Specialty diagnostics within health systems.
• Advocate for change management and implementation strategies for digital health tools and diagnostics.
• Establish and nurture relationships with customers, EHR vendor leadership, and stakeholders in digital solutions.
• Provide counsel to senior leadership by converting technical capabilities into strategic business value and outcomes.
• Bridge IT, engineering, business, and customer needs to facilitate growth in specialty testing.
• Collaborate across various business divisions, including IT, Science/Clinical, Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance, Contracting, Legal, and Compliance.
• Lead the integration strategy for EMR/portal to enhance provider workflows and increase diagnostic uptake.
• Evaluate innovations and opportunities in the realm of digital health.
• Contribute insights on budgets, resource forecasting, and revenue opportunities for digital solutions and EHR/portal improvements.
• Distill complex offerings into clear messaging that promotes provider adoption of Specialty diagnostics.
• Keep the organization informed about shifts in the industry and modify strategies as needed.
• Formulate and execute enterprise commercial strategies for Specialty Diagnostics via EHR integrations, portals, and other digital tools.
• Enhance Labcorp’s preferred-lab-partner status for providers and health system clients.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 8 or more years of experience in product management, software implementation for clinical decision support, data science, or selling digital or technology products in healthcare.
• 8 or more years of experience collaborating directly with commercial/clinical teams and key opinion leaders.
• Knowledge of commercial sales processes and account-based marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with technology platforms, digital health tools, and interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and LOINC.
• Understanding of provider workflows and HHS business models.
• Knowledge of Specialty testing patient care management, provider workflows, interpretation of testing results, guidelines, clinical trends, population health management, healthcare utilization goals, and quality metrics.
• Capacity to lead through influence and manage multiple projects in a collaborative manner.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated adaptability, accountability, project management expertise, and attention to detail.
• Proficient analytical skills with experience in utilizing data for business decision-making.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives.
• Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• A growth mindset and adeptness at navigating ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%, based on the working location.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
