This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Spearhead the development of a long-term digital strategy for Specialty diagnostics within health systems.
• Advocate for change management and the adoption of digital health tools and diagnostics.
• Cultivate relationships with customers, EHR vendor leadership, and stakeholders in digital solutions.
• Provide strategic advice to senior leadership by translating technical capabilities into business value and outcomes.
• Convert IT, engineering, business, and customer needs into actionable plans to enhance specialty testing growth.
• Collaborate with various business divisions, including IT, Science/Clinical, Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance, Contracting, Legal, and Compliance.
• Lead the integration strategy for EMR/portals to enhance provider workflows and diagnostic adoption.
• Evaluate innovations and identify opportunities in the digital health sector.
• Contribute to budget planning, resource forecasting, and revenue generation for digital solutions and EHR/portal upgrades.
• Streamline complex offerings into concise messaging that encourages provider adoption of Specialty diagnostics.
• Keep the organization informed about industry developments and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Formulate and execute enterprise commercial strategies for Specialty Diagnostics via EHR integrations, including Epic Aura, portals, and other digital solutions.
• Operate effectively without direct reports while extensively collaborating across functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 8 years of experience in product management, software implementation for clinical decision support, data science, or selling digital/technology products in healthcare.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience collaborating directly with commercial/clinical teams and key opinion leaders.
• Knowledge of commercial sales processes and account-based marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with digital health platforms, technology tools, and interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and LOINC.
• Understanding of provider workflows and HHS business models.
• Knowledge of Specialty testing patient care management, including provider workflows, testing-result interpretation, guidelines, recommendations, clinical trends, client expectations, population health management, healthcare utilization objectives, and quality metrics.
• Proven ability to lead through influence, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability, accountability, project management competencies, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven business decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to influence without formal authority.
• A growth mindset with the capability to navigate uncertainty through a solution-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% of the time.
• Preferred: A Master’s degree.
