Director, Occupancy Planning – Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Produce monthly reports on space utilization and ensure that current space data is accurate across the portfolio.

• Oversee and validate site audit processes to guarantee data integrity.

• Track utilization patterns and trends, offering insights to guide strategic decisions.

• Ensure the accuracy of the CAFM system, which includes space allocations, neighborhood configurations, and employee assignments.

• Collect and analyze space and adjacency requirements from various stakeholders.

• Create space plans, block diagrams, and test-fit scenarios utilizing AutoCAD.

• Develop and revise stack plans that reflect current occupancy and future needs.

• Formulate and implement occupancy strategies with comprehensive migration sequencing plans.

• Facilitate communication among local teams, client CRE leadership, and JLL account management.

• Deliver findings and recommendations to a variety of audiences.

• Cultivate effective relationships to ensure seamless project execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in corporate settings focused on strategic space or occupancy planning.

• Bachelor's degree in Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, or a related discipline.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.

• Strong abilities in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating executive-level presentations.

• Familiarity with CAFM/IWMS software platforms.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for test-fits and area calculations.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Creative approach to addressing data limitations and implementing process improvements.

• Capability to work efficiently across time zones and collaborate with global teams.

• Proactive and innovative mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

• Capacity to work independently while contributing to team success.

• Strategic thinking skills combined with business acumen.

• IWMS (FMS) experience is preferred.
