This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more states.
• Create and implement a comprehensive global GSI partnership strategy that aligns with corporate growth objectives, industry priorities, and opportunities for market expansion.
• Convert long-term strategic goals into annual plans aimed at driving ACV and ARR growth.
• Identify and prioritize key GSIs, target markets, industry solutions, and platform use cases.
• Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with strategic GSI partners.
• Direct governance and alignment initiatives, which include steering committees, executive business reviews, and operational rhythms.
• Manage global co-selling and co-delivery efforts from pipeline generation to execution of delivery.
• Collaborate with sales, services, channels, and partner leadership teams on strategic account planning and collective revenue growth.
• Lead and cultivate high-performing teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable security policies and processes.
• Foster measurable outcomes, innovation, and ongoing improvement.
• Generally requires eighteen years of experience in marketing, sales, business partner relationship development, or technical functions within the technology sector.
• Eight years of managerial experience leading high-performing, results-oriented teams.
• Demonstrated enterprise sales experience with accountability for revenue growth, quota achievement, and success in strategic accounts.
• Experience working with or managing global system integrators such as Accenture, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Capgemini, or PwC.
• Extensive experience in services and consulting sales, encompassing implementation, managed services, and transformation projects.
• Knowledge of and success in channel and partner sales, including alliances, co-selling, and ecosystem go-to-market strategies.
• Proven track record in developing and executing 3–5 year partner strategies.
• Capability to convert long-term strategies into annual priorities, execution plans, and quantifiable business outcomes.
• Executive-level influencing skills to engage with VP, SVP, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or the UK.
• Must not require current or future sponsorship for employment visa status.
