This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more states.
• Develop and implement a global partnership strategy with Global System Integrators (GSI) that aligns with corporate growth objectives, industry focuses, and opportunities for market expansion.
• Convert long-term strategic goals into annual plans that drive growth in Annual Contract Value (ACV) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
• Identify and prioritize key GSIs, target markets, industry solutions, and use cases for the platform.
• Establish and nurture relationships at the executive level with strategic GSI partners.
• Act as a trusted advisor and the primary point of escalation for any partnership-related issues.
• Lead governance activities, steering committees, executive business reviews, and operational rhythms.
• Oversee global co-selling and co-delivery efforts from pipeline generation to execution of delivery.
• Partner with sales, services, channels, and leadership teams to strategize account planning, relationship mapping, and collaborative revenue growth.
• Lead and cultivate high-performing teams while promoting a collaborative, data-centric culture.
• Ensure adherence to relevant security policies and processes to support secure software development objectives.
• Generally requires eighteen years of experience in marketing, sales, business partner relationship development, or technical functions within the technology sector.
• Eight years of management experience, characterized by success in leading high-performing, results-oriented teams.
• Demonstrated enterprise sales experience, responsible for revenue growth, quota achievement, and the success of strategic accounts.
• Experience working with or managing global system integrators like Accenture, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Capgemini, or PwC.
• In-depth experience in services and consulting sales, encompassing implementation, managed services, and transformation projects.
• Knowledge and success in channel and partner sales, including alliances, co-sell initiatives, and ecosystem go-to-market strategies.
• Proven ability to develop and execute 3–5 year partner strategies aimed at driving revenue, pipeline, and market expansion.
• Capability to translate long-term strategies into annual priorities, execution plans, and measurable business results.
• Executive-level influencing skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving VP, SVP, and C-suite stakeholders.
• An equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of the above qualifications.
