This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of pitch and RFP strategy for Wpromote's new business initiatives, ensuring unique positioning, engaging narratives, and strong alignment with client business goals.
• Collaborate with Growth and Sales leaders to design successful pursuit strategies, shape solution direction, and steer executive-level storytelling from initiation to closure.
• Lead cross-functional pitch and RFP teams, including executive stakeholders, media, creative, analytics, and channel experts, ensuring all contributors are aligned around a single unified recommendation.
• Create integrated full-funnel strategies that link brand, performance, media, creative, and measurement into cohesive client solutions, utilizing the latest platforms, technologies, and consumer engagement trends.
• Exhibit in-depth knowledge of the evolving media landscape, encompassing emerging digital channels, commerce and retail media, social, CTV, AI-driven marketing, and audience-first planning.
• Ensure that creative and messaging are central to media strategy rather than an afterthought, making sure ideas are audience-centric, culturally relevant, and focused on performance.
• Convert complex business challenges into actionable marketing strategies that connect media investments to quantifiable business results.
• Collaborate with Client Strategy, Audience Strategy, and channel experts to anchor every pitch and RFP response in Wpromote's methodologies, strategic points of view, capabilities, case studies, and proof points.
• Keep ahead of industry changes, emerging platforms, and shifting consumer behaviors, infusing fresh perspectives into every pursuit.
• Contribute to the advancement of Wpromote's go-to-market strategy, pitch and RFP methodologies, and storytelling frameworks.
• Represent Wpromote's views on modern marketing, media innovation, and growth strategy, both internally and in the marketplace.
• 10-12+ years of experience in media strategy, integrated marketing, digital advertising, growth strategy, or consultative business development in an agency, media, or marketing setting.
• Demonstrated experience leading strategic pitches and RFP responses, along with developing successful enterprise-level marketing solutions.
• Extensive expertise in modern media channels and omnichannel marketing strategies, with mastery of full-funnel planning, emerging platforms, retail media, social, CTV, AI-enabled marketing, and measurement innovation.
• Proven ability to formulate differentiated, insight-driven strategies that align media, creative, audience, and business objectives.
• Outstanding storytelling and presentation skills, capable of clearly and persuasively conveying complex ideas to executive audiences.
• Strong appreciation for the role of creativity in enhancing marketing effectiveness and the capability to integrate creative thinking into media strategy.
• A collaborative leader who excels in high-pressure, deadline-driven pitch and RFP environments, with a proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams across sales, strategy, media, analytics, and executive leadership.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to establish credibility with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Naturally curious mindset, passionate about experimentation and staying ahead of industry trends.
