This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Take ownership of and enhance Cin7’s inbound growth strategy through paid media, web initiatives, lifecycle marketing, AI engagement, and conversion pathways.
• Foster pipeline development and optimize funnel efficiency throughout the customer journey.
• Collaborate across departments including Sales, Business Operations, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to enhance revenue outcomes.
• Create scalable growth initiatives that align with the company's revenue objectives and go-to-market strategies.
• Spearhead the adoption of AI-driven marketing workflows, automation, and testing across the marketing team.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate speed, enhance personalization, boost conversions, and improve operational efficiency through AI tools and systems.
• Implement modern SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), AI search visibility, and content optimization strategies.
• Assess and integrate emerging AI technologies within the marketing ecosystem.
• Oversee the evolution of the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce integrations, analytics platforms, routing systems, and AI engagement tools.
• Ensure scalable processes for lead management, routing, attribution, lifecycle automation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Business Operations to uphold data integrity and enhance funnel visibility between Marketing and Sales.
• Develop and maintain executive-level reporting, forecasting, attribution, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Convert complex data into actionable business insights for executive leadership.
• Cultivate a culture of experimentation, testing, and measurable performance enhancements.
• Direct website growth strategies, conversion optimization, personalization, and digital experience initiatives.
• Work alongside content and digital teams to boost engagement, conversion rates, and buyer journey performance.
• Utilize behavioral and intent data to craft more personalized customer experiences.
• Lead and mentor high-performing teams in demand generation, digital, web, and marketing operations.
• Promote strong cross-functional alignment among Marketing, Sales, Business Operations, Product, and Executive stakeholders.
• Function as a strategic business partner with a focus on execution and measurable impact.
• Over 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, growth, revenue marketing, or leadership in marketing operations.
• Demonstrated success in owning pipeline generation and developing full-funnel growth strategies.
• Profound knowledge of contemporary marketing technology ecosystems, including CRM, MAP, analytics, attribution, and AI-driven tools.
• Strong grasp of AI applications in marketing, demand generation, automation, and optimization of digital experiences.
• Experience working collaboratively with Sales, Business Operations, Finance, Product Marketing, and Executive Leadership.
• Excellent analytical and forecasting skills complemented by strong executive-level communication abilities.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams in dynamic growth environments.
• Familiarity with SMB SaaS go-to-market strategies is preferred.
• Exhibits a deep understanding of how AI is reshaping modern B2B marketing, revenue operations, and buyer engagement.
• Comfortable using AI tools and workflows to enhance personalization, campaign execution, analytics, forecasting, content operations, and operational efficiency.
• Capable of identifying, assessing, and implementing practical AI use cases across the go-to-market organization.
• Understands how AI can enhance modern demand generation strategies, including conversational marketing, AI SDRs, intent signals, workflow automation, and predictive insights.
• Knowledgeable about the evolving AI-driven search landscape, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and changing buyer discovery behaviors.
• Effectively collaborates across Marketing, Sales, Business Operations, and Product teams to implement scalable AI-enabled processes and experiences.
