This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the Growth Marketing Strategy.
• Create and implement a global growth marketing strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
• Develop annual and quarterly plans aimed at increasing pipeline, bookings, and revenue.
• Establish scalable demand generation programs targeting enterprise, commercial, and strategic account segments.
• Formulate a balanced investment approach across demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), partnerships, field marketing, web, and digital channels.
• Own the goals related to marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline.
• Predict pipeline performance and report outcomes to executive leadership.
• Continuously enhance efficiency metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), pipeline velocity, opportunity creation, and return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations/Marketing Operations to ensure data quality, lead management, scoring, routing, and lifecycle processes are optimized for effective growth.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, testing, and ongoing optimization.
• Develop and expand a sophisticated ABM program specifically targeting large and global enterprises.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership on account selection, engagement strategies, and pipeline acceleration.
• Craft personalized buying experiences for key accounts and their buying committees.
• Align marketing investments with account-level revenue opportunities.
• Oversee integrated campaigns across various channels including paid media, content syndication, events, webinars, search, social media, email, partnerships, and emerging platforms.
• Create comprehensive programs that support awareness, demand capture, pipeline creation, and deal acceleration.
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance targeting, personalization, campaign performance, and productivity.
• Recruit, develop, lead, and retain outstanding marketing talent across growth marketing functions.
• Set clear goals, accountability measures, and performance expectations.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, customer focus, and operational excellence.
• Serve as a strategic partner in alignment with sales, Revenue Operations/Marketing Operations, customer success, finance, and marketing.
• Partner to define and establish top-tier measurement and attribution frameworks.
• Synchronize pipeline generation initiatives with go-to-market priorities and revenue targets.
• Contribute to shaping market expansion, segmentation, and go-to-market strategies.
• Over 12 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing.
• More than 5 years of leadership experience in growth marketing, revenue marketing, or demand/pipeline generation organizations.
• A revenue ownership mindset focused on marketing-sourced pipeline, marketing-influenced pipeline, and bookings.
• Experience in marketing to enterprise and global accounts with complex buying committees through various demand generation and account-based marketing programs.
• Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth in high-growth technology companies.
• Experience in building and scaling teams during rapid growth phases.
• Strong understanding of AI, data, and modern go-to-market technologies (CRM, marketing automation, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and financial skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions and business outcomes.
• Experience with attribution, forecasting, funnel management, and revenue analytics.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in revenue technology is preferred but not mandatory.
