This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the expansion and creation of new business pipelines for CoLab’s Top 100 customer and prospect accounts, ensuring accountability for pipeline quality, average selling price (ASP), and progression.
• Develop CoLab’s major account growth marketing strategy from inception: define the approach, test specific account initiatives, evaluate effectiveness, and transform the most successful experiments into scalable programs.
• Work in partnership with Sales and Customer Success to pinpoint the highest-potential account opportunities, synchronize account strategies, and devise marketing plans that facilitate CoLab's transition from team-level adoption to enterprise-wide significance.
• Convert product positioning, account insights, customer usage signals, and sales intelligence into customized campaigns that engage senior stakeholders and generate commercial urgency.
• Design and manage comprehensive account initiatives encompassing field marketing, executive events, webinars, educational sessions, customer training, digital campaigns, lifecycle programs, and bespoke content.
• Influence how CoLab is perceived as a strategic AI partner within major engineering organizations — positioning it not merely as a point solution, but as a platform deserving of extensive enterprise commitment.
• Over 10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with substantial expertise in enterprise account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, field marketing, expansion marketing, or strategic account development.
• Demonstrated success in owning or significantly impacting pipeline targets for complex, high-ASP enterprise accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen: you grasp how enterprise opportunities are created, shaped, threaded through multiple channels, and advanced in collaboration with Sales and Success teams.
• Ability to engage credibly with senior revenue leaders while collaborating closely with Account Executives, Strategic Account Directors, and Customer Success Managers who are directly associated with the account.
• Excellent briefing and cross-functional leadership abilities; you can transform an ambiguous account opportunity into a clear plan that creative, product marketing, digital, operations, and field teams can implement.
