This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the comprehensive inbound marketing and demand generation strategy in alignment with the company's growth objectives.
• Create a consistent pipeline of marketing-qualified leads through paid advertising, digital initiatives, content projects, and other acquisition methods.
• Oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media initiatives across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other pertinent channels.
• Design, construct, and continuously enhance the complete marketing funnel, which includes landing pages, lead capture, nurturing, and conversion optimization.
• Assess campaign performance, attribution, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and pipeline contributions to maximize marketing ROI.
• Identify, assess, and manage external agencies, freelancers, and specialized marketing partners as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and executive leadership to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with revenue targets, continually enhancing lead quality.
• Establish marketing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems that offer clear insights into campaign performance and business impact.
• Experiment with new acquisition strategies, messaging, channels, and technologies to perpetually enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Suggest marketing technology, automation tools, and processes that increase scalability and operational efficiency.
• Over 7 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or digital acquisition.
• Proven track record in building and scaling an inbound demand generation engine from the ground up—not merely inheriting or optimizing an existing marketing function.
• Experience managing paid media budgets and optimizing campaigns based on business results.
• Demonstrated ability to generate a qualified sales pipeline through digital marketing efforts.
• Experience in constructing and optimizing complete marketing funnels, from acquisition to conversion.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword strategy, and content planning, with a proven history of driving measurable organic growth.
• Robust analytical skills with experience in measuring campaign performance, attribution, conversion rates, CAC, CPL, and ROI.
• Experience in selecting and managing marketing agencies, consultants, freelancers, and external vendors.
• Strong familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in dynamic, high-growth settings.
