This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive 360° customer marketing program.
• Recruit, onboard, and oversee a network of customer advocates.
• Manage the company's analyst and public review presence across various review platforms.
• Execute customer recognition initiatives.
• Initiate and expand a branded customer community.
• Create and manage ongoing lifecycle campaigns.
• Establish and oversee Cyera's Customer Advisory Board along with a dedicated CXO community.
• Organize and deliver engaging customer-facing experiences.
• Recruit, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing customer marketing team.
• Identify key performance indicators and communicate results to leadership.
• 10-15+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Over 10 years of experience in building and leading customer marketing, advocacy, or community initiatives.
• Proven experience in designing and managing an executive program such as a Customer Advisory Board.
• Leadership experience in managing teams.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Proficiency in owning a data-driven narrative.
• Exceptional storytelling skills and executive presence.
• Experience in the security industry is highly desirable.
