This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the management of dynamic executive calendars, skillfully addressing scheduling conflicts, arranging meetings, and optimizing daily time management.
• Prioritize and streamline executive inboxes by composing professional replies, filtering irrelevant information, and escalating urgent issues as needed.
• Organize both internal and external meetings, including establishing agendas and accurately documenting meeting minutes.
• Aid in the collection of campaign performance metrics (SEO, Google Ads) to assist in the preparation of monthly reports for clients.
• Maintain and structure project documentation, ensure that team files are current, and regularly follow up on standard executive action items.
• Act as a primary contact for routine client inquiries, ensuring they are appropriately directed to the correct team member.
• Support the development of campaign briefs, creative materials, and follow-up communications to ensure marketing projects remain on track.
• Gather research and format reports to assist executives in preparing for upcoming meetings and initiatives.
• Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
• Experience: 1–2 years in an administrative support or virtual assistant capacity, with a keen interest in digital marketing.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities; strong skill in compiling research and creating clear, concise summaries.
• High proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience in drafting professional correspondence.
• Basic understanding of SEO/PPC terminology or digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is advantageous.
