This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +22 more states.
• Take charge of the performance marketing strategy, budget distribution, targets, acquisition efficiency, and demand generation across paid, organic/direct, SEO, and AEO channels.
• Develop systems to enhance and quantify peer-to-peer growth and the impact of word-of-mouth.
• Establish and expand digital channels, including directories, listings, and partnerships within the digital ecosystem.
• Execute a rapid A/B testing framework throughout the funnel and collaborate with content teams for ongoing learning.
• Oversee the growth strategy for new states, encompassing sequencing, demand readiness, launch playbooks, and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead and cultivate a growth team while managing agency partners to achieve results.
• Create dashboards, establish an experimentation routine, and produce reports to enhance growth.
• Collaborate with Analytics on attribution, incrementality, non-brand search expansion, and measurement of word-of-mouth effectiveness.
• Discover retention and re-engagement opportunities to extend lifetime value (LTV), partnering with lifecycle, product, and clinical leaders.
• A minimum of 10 years in growth or performance marketing, with responsibility for acquisition budgets and managing teams.
• Proficient in SEM, paid social, programmatic advertising, SEO, and AEO.
• Proven history of scaling acquisition effectively by utilizing CAC, payback period, and LTV:CAC ratios.
• Experience in establishing new channels and/or launching into new markets.
• Background in strategic growth and recognizing growth opportunities.
• Experience in managing agencies and determining which functions to handle in-house.
• Demonstrated experience in building and/or leading a growth team.
• Strong analytical skills, including knowledge of attribution, experimentation, and dashboards like GA4 and Looker, as well as mobile/attribution tools and custom data models.
• Capability to operate independently in a fast-paced and uncertain environment.
• Extensive understanding of UX principles and experience in executing conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Integrity, strategic insight, and professionalism.
• Candidates must reside and work in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, KY, MA, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA, or WV.
• Experience in regulated digital healthcare, early-stage startups, and high-trust acquisition strategies is advantageous but not mandatory.
