📋 Description

• The Senior Director of Growth spearheads new business initiatives by targeting high-growth, enterprise brands and positioning large-scale creative and omnichannel digital marketing solutions that yield measurable business results.

• In this dynamic role, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying strategic opportunities to delivering customized, data-driven solutions while adhering to disciplined opportunity planning and forecast accuracy.

• Reporting to the VP of Growth, you will work closely with senior leaders, key partners, and internal teams to distinguish Wpromote in the marketplace and drive the company’s growth through outstanding client outcomes.

• Engage in 1:1 Account-Based Marketing (ABM) qualified account outreach, fostering engagement and relationship building, with timely follow-ups and disciplined management of inbound leads and referrals.

• Oversee the entire RFP and pitch process, collaborating with subject matter experts to manage timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality execution is delivered on time.

• Cultivate executive alignment and navigate procurement, legal, and contracting requirements, leading negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements and finalize enterprise deals.

• Participate in post-mortem reviews for wins, losses, and no-decisions, providing insights that feed back into enablement and future deal execution.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of B2B consultative sales experience, preferably within a marketing agency, media platform, or related services/solutions, with a deep understanding of creative and digital marketing channels and their influence on business growth.

• 3–5 years of demonstrated success managing complex B2B enterprise sales cycles, leading multi-threaded opportunities, and aligning stakeholders across procurement and executive leadership.

• Strong knowledge of omnichannel marketing strategies, including the roles of creative and key digital channels (paid search, paid social, programmatic, video, CRM/email, and SEO) in driving measurable growth throughout the customer journey.

• Proficient with Command of the Message, MEDDICC, or another recognized B2B sales methodology to qualify, advance, and close complex opportunities.

• Experience leading 1:1 ABM initiatives, including personalized outreach and strategic relationship-building aimed at engaging and converting high-value target accounts.

• A robust professional network and established relationships with key industry players that can be leveraged to build trust and open new doors.

• Strong consultative selling and communication abilities, with the capacity to uncover client needs, simplify complex concepts, and persuade stakeholders with clear, compelling recommendations.

• Proven capability to coach and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, fostering alignment internally and with prospects to advance opportunities and drive results.

• Experience maintaining strong CRM hygiene and opportunity planning to facilitate accurate forecasting and deal execution.

• High-energy, results-oriented work ethic accompanied by humility, curiosity, and a collaborative, positive demeanor.

• A growth mindset dedicated to continuous improvement and ongoing learning.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings, pitch sessions, and events as required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
